I'm coming to the realization my parents really did sexually abuse and rape me in my childhood. It was no delusion. Then my mom started gaslighting me, keeping me an adult child. She didn't let me see the truth. And I blinded myself to the truth.
My dad is the pedophile, my stepdad isn't involved.
