I'm going to wait to start the Vraylar because I have a comedy performance on Thursday. If I'm on three antipsychotics will that lead to cognitive dysfunction? I want to perform on a high level and win the competition, then make it a career. I need high-energy ("mania") and quick thinking to perform.
No matter what I do - work, school, comedy, acting - it's important to be able to cognitively function. If I could snap my fingers, be on the Vraylar, and be off the Invega and Latuda - I would. The invega is problematic because of the prolactin and pre-diabetic.
