So my father is coming over to watch me take the Abilify. I'm supposed to go up to the 10 mg... But I'm like, you got me! I haven't been taking my psychiatric medication. I was supposed to start with 5 mg every other day and then slowly increase it. But I haven't been doing that. Basically, I've been on nothing for weeks, or months I've just been on no medication. People say you need your antipsychotics. you need your abilify. Take it. Be compliant. As suspected, I didn't want to confess it because I feel better in a lot of ways off the medication. But as suspected, I haven't been taking my psychiatric medication
